    I have a 4.15-acre parcel on the market for only $48,000 — It is only 20 miles northeast of Kingman, AZ and less than 1 mile northeast of Route 66 (at its closest point). I am not sure of the exact mile marker number nearest this point, but I can find out later if need be. This parcel is virgin land, but there is acces to well water with a connection fee. The nearest electrical line is about 1 mile away, but solar systems work quite well in this area due to the vast amount of sunshine received annually. The views from this lot are amazing: mountains, valleys below, and Route 66 itself.

    I have a unique, two story 1937 Sinclair (later a Hudson) filling station for sale in Carterville, in southwest Missouri. The building fronts historic Route 66 on Carterville’s Main Street.         I was ondering if your Route 66 propert is still for sale. I used to own a building 46808 National Trails Highway, (old Route 66) in Newberry Springs CA. It is just a half mile east of the Bagdad Cafe and, judging by the structure and architecture, it was undoubtedly built by the same builders as the cafe. It too, once was a Mexican Restaurant, although very small. Sorry now thatI sold it several years back. I had planned on rehabbing the property but never had the time. Would like a similar property preferrably in CA, AZ or NM or anywhere on Route 66.

    Route 66 land!!!! MINE IS ON ROUTE 66!!! In Luther, Oklahoma just minutes east of the Famous Red Barn in Arcadia. I have 15 acres side by side but split into 3 parcels of 5 acres each. This is great land on Route 66 but it is more unique than most. This land has 3 levels. The top parcel has a New 4 bed, 2 bath mobile home waiting for a family to enjoy. This mobile sits high on top of the hill looking over Luther, Route 66 and the lower levels of land. The second level on the same parcel has the remnants of a burned out mobile home. This really should be torn down and cleared off to preserve the land. The next parcel is one level lower with a big house that has no utilites on the land yet. During blocking the home we found chess pieces dating back years ago. We also found some old indian pottery chards. There is a large pond that is at the entrance of this land. The last 5 acre parcel is still fully wooded and waiting for a new owner. Folks you want route 66 land then here you have it. This land has the Route 66/ hiway 66 address!!! It does not get any closer than this. Super neat land, great town of Luther, no restrictions for the land or use. Between all 3 parcels there is appx. 600 feet of Route 66 Frontage. Asking price is $152,700.00 on the 1st 5 acre parcel. parcel #2 asking $98,700.00 and the 3rd parcel we are asking $65,000.00. Can finance with a large down payment.     Hi, Im interested in between 5 and 20 acres on route 66 in either Missouri or oklahoma or Texas but the land must be within 30 miles of a major city like Springfield, rolla Joplin Tulsa Oklahoma City Im not interested if its too close to St.Louis. prefer a square parcel of land and if theres buildings on it I would rather they are either delapidated or down.       Update: I was able to purchase 22 acres on old route 66 with interstae 44 in my back yard and route 66 is my front yard and was suprised how much land is available on route 66 at very reasonable prices. I have started construction for an unusual tourist site. As you drive 44 mile marker 181.4 or old 66 just west of Rolla Mo honk!! If anyone is looking for property like I found theres 8 acres west of me 1/2 mile on the other side of 44 on an original piece of old 66. Happy cruisin…

    P.S. The acreage can be just farm land, usable for biulding and approx 5 to 10 square acres would be ideal. More acreage is an option too. My wife and I have 6 children and she needs to be near where theres medical care facilities to work. I used to travel the old route 66 and I have plans to biuld a very good tourist attraction that I know will boost the economy where ever I biuld it. (if you biuld it they will come!) We are both on SSI and I also draw VA disability, we also have 3 early teen kids who can help.
