Albuquerque motel in sad shape

This report from KOB-TV in Albuquerque tells the sad tale of the Sundowner Motor Hotel, years ago once one of the best motels on Route 66 in the city. The prognosis seems fairly grim. The owner has 60 days to bring it back up to code.
