Harley and Annabelle Russell, aka the Mediocre Music Makers, at the Sandhills Curiosity Shop in Erick, Okla., entertain Route 66 travelers who drop by their place.
However, once in a blue moon, other musicians provide some entertainment for Harley and Annabelle. Recently, jazz guitarist Pat Kelley and saxophonist Monte Byrd did that during their RestStop Tours.
According to the video descriptions, Kelley and Byrd spent a couple of hours at the Sandhills Curiosity Shop — a common occurrence for visitors there.
And you didn’t think Kelley and Byrd would leave Erick without some of Harley and Annabelle’s schtick, do you?
And word a few days ago from Harley and Annabelle’s Facebook page is that Annabelle is doing well with her current cancer treatments. Although the smile on her face in the video is ample evidence of that.
