Some months ago, Joel Baker promised he would produce a series of episodes about Muffler Men in America and post them to YouTube.
The first episode, which runs about 15 minutes, was posted this week.
You’ll see a couple of Muffler Men on Route 66, including the Gemini Giant in Wilmington, Ill.
I saw the muffler man in LA right off Ceaser Chavez. I accidently spotted him just before our trip to route 66. I must admit I looked for the other giants all along the way. They are still attracting attention. Thanks for airing AG.
Episode #2 is now out on youtube. In it the guys visit the muffler man in Springfield, IL on route 66. They learn about it’s interesting history and get an interview with the owner while also learning more about International Fiberglass, the company that made muffler men.
