A reader tipped me off about Kingman, Arizona, resident Chris Commisso, who wrote this song and shot the video on the Mother Road in Kingman.
It seems to be a mix of jazz, hip-hop and 1960s lounge. I like it a lot.

Ron and Roadies, what a hit! The “Mother Road” should be booking this talent at the Festivals, what a “Kick on Route 66”, I am passing this to the kids so they “Return to Route 66”!!!!!! hopefully they can see him at the next International Festival and we will see him “On the Road”!!!!
