Once in a great while, you stumble onto a video where the music and footage mesh together so well, you don’t want it to end.
This video by Morgan Litli and music by Sleeping At Last is one of those (and, yes, you heard the song in a Budweiser commercial during the Super Bowl). The footage was taken along Route 66 in the high desert of Southern California, especially at Elmer Long’s Bottle Tree Ranch.
If the music sounds familiar, it’s a cover of The Proclaimers‘ “I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles),” which was a big worldwide hit during the late 1980s.
