The Route 66 Association of Arizona recently provided more details on “A Night at the Route 66 Museum” in Kingman to kick off the Route 66 centennial a few weeks early.
The event features a partnership with the association, City of Kingman Office of Tourism and Mohave County Historical Society.
This fundraiser will take place from 6 to 10 p.m. on Nov. 15 at the Kingman Visitor Center, 120 W. Andy Devine Ave. (aka Route 66).
The event also serves as the official unveiling of the completed Arizona Route 66 Museum centennial renovation project. Route 66’s centennial year begins in 2026.
Set against the backdrop of the Mother Road, guests will step back in time to the Roaring Twenties for an evening featuring:
- Live jazz music
- Casino-style games in a speakeasy atmosphere
- A magic show
- Guided tours of the museum’s all-new exhibits
- Festive spirits
- Food is included with ticket
Guests are encouraged to dress in 1920s-era attire.
Tickets, which are $100 each, are available here. Proceeds benefit the Arizona Route 66 Museum, which supports ongoing preservation, educational outreach and Route centennial programming.
