A different path

Route 66 slide shows are posted all the time on YouTube. But this one from Rosita in Great Britain is a little different. It contains a few photos from unusual angles, and it's quite an experience to hear a banjo with the techno soundtrack.

Fasten the seat belts

Miss Peggy Judy is a caricature of the typical Hollywood blond bombshell of the 1960s. But behind all that ditziness, this performance of Bobby Troup's "Route 66" is pretty good. NOTE: Coding is fixed.

Road report of “Rhythms of the Road”

The Joplin (Mo.) Independent filed this report of Green HD Productions' taping of "Rhythms of the Road" at the Coleman Theater in nearby Miami, Okla. It's part of a 13-part music television series; the producers have long been associated with the RFD-TV cable channel.
