Mother Road Marathon will return despite steep losses

The tri-state Mother Road Marathon is planning for 2012 in spite of losing nearly $31,000 in the previous year's event, reported the Joplin (Mo.) Globe. Repeat winner at Mother Road Marathon

Ryan Kramer of Des Moines, Iowa, won the overall title again Sunday at the second annual tri-state Mother Road Marathon, reported the Joplin Globe.
