Water found in buried-car vault

Uh oh. KRMG radio in Tulsa reported Wednesday morning that the 50-year-old time capsule that contains a 1957 Plymouth Belvedere had "several feet" of water around the car when the vault's lid was opened during preliminary excavations. Fun Run breaks record

So much for the high cost of gasoline. According to the Kingman Daily Miner, the Arizona Route 66 Association's annual Fun Run boasted 815 entrants, beating last year's record of 800. That's a lot of classic cars in one place. 🙂
