Stumbled onto this song by Sananda Maitreya and his band, The Nudge Nudge, about a certain New Mexico city.
You probably know Maitreya better as Terence Trent D’Arby, who had this monster hit in the late 1980s.
He’s no longer on the charts and legally changed his name more than a decade ago. But he still records and performs often in Europe. You can read more about Maitreya here.
