New edition of “Road Trip USA” coming out
Rolf Potts, of Yahoo! News' "Traveling Light: The Art of Independent Travel," sits down for an interview with travel writer Jamie Jensen, who just released his fourth edition of "Road Trip USA." Jensen also has a good Road Trip USA Web site. Route 66 is among the book's recommended journeys.
Harley-Davidson to sell “Ride Atlas”
According to WFRV.com, Harley-Davidson will sell its "Harley-Davidson Ride Atlas of North America" at bookstores, dealerships and other outlets sometime in May. Geezer Riders head for the mountains
The Geezer Riders, dealing with cooler temperatures in the higher elevations, take in sights such as the Petrified Forest National Park and Meteor Crater. The group bedded down in Flagstaff after riding their Harleys nearly 400 miles. This story is the latest in a series by the Mainichi Daily News in Japan.
