Brandy’s Cafe recently merged with the Proper Meats + Provisions eatery inside the former Grand Canyon Cafe in downtown Flagstaff, Arizona.

The announcement came on Sept. 3, two weeks before the transition officially took place last Thursday as the longtime Brady’s Café in Southside closed its doors.
The new concept, offering breakfast and lunch alongside pastries, espresso, cocktails, beer and meats, is at Proper’s space along Route 66, the former Grand Canyon Café location.
Boih restaurants are highly acclaimed in the area.
The rechristened Brandy’s Proper Cafe will serve breakfast from 7 a.m. to noon and lunch from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Proper Meats + Provisions moved into the Grand Canyon Cafe building at 110 E. Route 66 in 2018.
Five local investors bought the Grand Canyon Cafe in 2016 from the Wong family, who’d operated it for decades. They renovated the building after months of renovations and reopened it, but it closed less than a year later.
